This policy explains how Evolution-X bot services and dashboard tools process personal data when you use our Discord bots and related web interfaces.
2. Data We Process
- Discord identifiers and usernames needed to run commands and manage permissions.
- Command/activity logs needed for abuse prevention, moderation, and service integrity.
- Application and review data submitted through our bot flows.
- Privacy request metadata (request type, Discord ID/email, details, submission timestamps).
- API-derived metadata caches (for example, maintainer/device/donation metadata sourced from GitHub APIs).
3. Why We Process Data
- To provide requested bot features and command responses.
- To enforce permissions, prevent abuse, and protect service reliability.
- To review and process applications or moderation workflows.
- To respond to Subject Access Requests and Data Removal Requests.
4. Off-Platform Storage
Some data is stored outside Discord, including database records, logs, and limited cache files used for performance and operational reliability.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational, security, and moderation purposes, unless a longer period is required for legitimate safety or legal reasons.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practical.
